These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of domeagent.com.au (the “Site”) operated by Dome Technologies Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 702 017 963, ABN 24 702 017 963), trading as DomeAgent (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Site
The Site is a marketing surface for the DomeAgent product. Use of the DomeAgent application itself is governed by the terms presented when you create an account at app.domeagent.com.au.
2. Who can sign up
DomeAgent is intended for licensed Australian real estate professionals and agencies. By creating an account you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them with us.
3. Communications
When you create an account you agree to receive emails from DomeAgent about your account, onboarding, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information when creating an account.
- Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or related networks.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misappropriate content from the Site for competing purposes.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the DomeAgent name, logos, text, images, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You receive no licence to use any of it beyond viewing the Site in your browser.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or any information on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all such representations and warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, notify you by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with them.
