How it works.
Nothing is re-entered on the way up. The kit you set on day one is the kit the agency inherits, and the listings you bought stay yours unless you choose to bring them across.

Start on your own
Sign up, name your brand, drop in a logo and pick two colours. That is your kit, and it goes on everything you generate from then on. The account is free to hold and your first listing is free.

Pay per listing
Each listing is one order: $149 for Images, Aerials or Video, $299 for all three, $499 for concierge. Social posts, the brochure, the listing page and the portal upload set come with any of them. Pay now, or defer 14 days.

Create an agency when there is a team
Your kit becomes the agency's kit, opened up to the full version. Invite people by email; a seat starts billing when they accept, at $29 a month. From then on every member's deliverables carry the agency branding, and every member pays 10% less per listing.

Go enterprise when the office needs more control
Enterprise is the same agency, not a level above it. It adds single sign on through your identity provider, one monthly invoice for listings and seats on negotiated terms, overlays and music built to your specification and licensed to you alone, and finer control over brand rules and approvals. Listings are assigned rather than shared. Marketing points a property at the agent working it, and that agent sees it alongside the ones they created themselves.
