Concierge is $499 on one listing. You buy it on the listing, write a short brief, and a Dome team member produces the whole suite for you: images, aerials and video, branded to your agency. It comes back for your review within 24 hours.

Within 24 hours. Our team is alerted the moment you submit the brief, and the brief is what the work runs from, so the sooner it is in the sooner the clock starts.

What is the difference between concierge and the $299 suite?

Accepted Answer

Nothing in the output. Same three modules, same assets, same branding, same platform. The only difference is whose time it takes. The suite is you running it, concierge is us running it for you.

Is the self serve suite hard to use?

Accepted Answer

No, and we would not sell concierge on that basis. Most agents run the suite themselves in an afternoon. Concierge exists for the weeks where an afternoon is not available, not for people who cannot work the product.

What if I already bought a module on that listing?

Accepted Answer

The list value of what you already own is credited off the concierge price. Buying Images at $149 and then deciding you want concierge on the same address means you pay the difference, not twice.

How many revisions do I get?

One round is included. On the review board you approve each asset individually, and anything you flag goes back to our team together in the same round with your chosen change categories and note attached.

Why can I not just leave comments on the assets?

Because bounded requests get actioned faster. Choosing lighting or furniture style on a specific image, plus one line of your own, routes mechanically to the person redoing it. A comment thread reads like a conversation and ends up being treated like one.

Do I still get the social posts and the brochure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything included with any purchase applies to concierge too: social media posts, the print brochure, the property landing page and full downloads. Concierge output is normal listing output, so you can turn it into anything the platform makes or simply export it.

Can I pay for concierge later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Concierge defers 14 days like any other order. You save a card, we remind you before the charge, and it collects automatically on day 14.

Do I have to write a long brief?

Accepted Answer

No. The brief is progressive: it starts short and only gets deeper where you have an opinion. Uploading the photos, ticking what matters on the property and leaving the rest to us is a complete brief.
