What should you post about a listing, and when?

A campaign has three moments that earn a post: the launch, the first open, and the result. Everything else is optional. Here is the cadence that keeps a feed alive without turning it into a listings ticker.

The short answer.

Launch with the hero image and the suburb the day the listing goes live. Post the first open home the day before it, with the time. Post the result once it has settled, with the number only if the vendor agrees.

Between those, one post a week at most: a detail shot, a short clip, or a line about the street. A feed that is only listings gets muted. A feed that is one listing a week with something human in between does not.

What is coming.

The full guide covers formats per platform, what to caption, and how to reuse one campaign across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn without posting the same frame three times.

Frequently asked questions.

Three posts it earns on its own, launch, first open and result, plus at most one a week in between. More than that and the listing starts to look like it is not moving.
